Today, we have released BizSense version 0.1.6 alpha.

This release added a number of bug fixes and two new features - invoice and REST API for ticketing system.

Here's a partial changelog:

* Bug #2: Lead settings - provide an option to assign leads to a particular user by default
* Bug #10: Opportunity create meta data is not prepopulated
* Bug #24: Write URL access unit test for reports module
* Bug #25: Write URL access unit test for ticket module
* Bug #51: Invoice PDF Total Amount is not adding Tax value in Invoice Summary Table

Effective today, the BizSense project has moved from http://code.google.com/p/bizsense to http://projects.binaryvibes.co.in/projects/show/bizsense

When the BizSense project started, we wanted to put more effort into writing code than working on project management tools. We found Google Code Project Hosting to be an attractive offer which contained issue tracker, subversion and wiki. In addition to that we had created a group for BizSense at Google groups. The only two features we used were the subversion and issue tracker. We have also deleted the BizSense Google Group.

Fedora 11, codenamed Leonidas, was released on June 9, 2009. There are many notable features of this release. Some of them are listed below:

Fedora 9 reaches end of life status on June 21, 2009.

Yesterday, Sun had organized the MySQL Bangalore User Group meet up at their premises. Before the talks started, we started chatting about related technologies. There was a good discussion about using PHP for enterprise applications.
